M&A Institute Refund Policy

General Policy
All payments made to M&A Institute for online M&A courses, including course fees and any associated charges, are strictly non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in this policy or as required by applicable law. By enrolling in our AI M&A training programs, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of documented medical issues preventing course completion, a refund request may be submitted for consideration. Such requests will be reviewed by M&A Institute on a case-by-case basis, and any refund granted will be at our sole discretion. Supporting documentation will be required.
Program Cancellation by M&A Institute
Should M&A Institute cancel a training program, enrolled users will receive a full refund of the payment within fifteen (15) business days of the program’s official cancellation announcement.
Policy Updates
M&A Institute may update this Refund Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
